Engr. Saad Khan Baloch
My 09 year experience at Isra University has propelled me to grow professionally in my career. I joined Isra University as a Senior Teaching Assistant in January 2011, than was promoted to the post of Lecturer in six months in July 2011, afterwards I became Senior Lecturer after ten months in May 2012, than I finally became Assistant Professor in May 2014. Keeping these professional growths in mind I am now well versed with abilities such as organizing, leadership & teaching. In my stint at Isra University I have to come to know students psychology and development and coordination among teachers. Making papers, tests, checking exam copies & taking assignments have further broadened and advanced my capabilities and belief in myself. The events that I have organized in Isra University and the appreciation that I have received from the Isra University Authorities have further motivated my aims and objectives of my Profession. Hence, I have grown a lot in my professional career and look forward to further enhancing my professional growth.
